My research focuses on undergraduate mathematics education, mathematics teacher preparation, and equitable teaching practices. My multifaceted research interests center around two questions: How do teachers’ understandings of advanced undergraduate mathematics content support them in their instructional practice? How do students make connections between mathematics and other disciplines?
